These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Munro Musings website, newsletter, membership, community, digital content, tools, events, educational offerings, sessions, and other products or services offered by Munro Musings (“Services”).Munro Musings is operated as a sole proprietorship in California, United States.By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, joining a membership, making a purchase, or otherwise participating in a Munro Musings offering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or purchase the Services.
Munro Musings is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.By using the Services or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Munro Musings provides educational, informational, coaching, personal development, Human Design, and related services and resources.Content and services may explore topics including mental skills, personal development, relationships, Human Design, spirituality, energy-based practices, embodiment, and other approaches to personal exploration and development.Unless expressly stated otherwise, Munro Musings Services are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
Although Munro Musings may draw upon concepts and research from psychology, mental performance, behavior change, and related fields, Munro Musings does not provide psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, mental health treatment, medical treatment, or other licensed healthcare services.The operator of Munro Musings holds a doctorate in sport and performance psychology but is not a licensed psychologist, and participation in Munro Musings Services does not establish a psychologist-patient, therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed healthcare provider relationship.Nothing provided through Munro Musings should be used as a substitute for individualized advice, diagnosis, or treatment from an appropriately licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional.If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare professional.
Munro Musings may incorporate Human Design and may offer or discuss spiritual, energetic, somatic, or complementary practices.These frameworks and practices are offered as tools and experiences for self-reflection, exploration, personalization, and personal development.You are responsible for deciding which ideas, frameworks, practices, and experiences are appropriate for you. A core principle of Munro Musings is that you remain the authority over your own life. Information, teachings, frameworks, and guidance offered through Munro Musings are intended to support your decision-making, not replace it or transfer responsibility for your choices to Munro Musings.
Certain Human Design offerings require accurate birth information, including birth date, birth time, and birth location.Do not guess, fabricate, or intentionally provide inaccurate birth information. Human Design chart calculations may change based on birth information, and Munro Musings cannot guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of a chart or reading based on inaccurate information.If accurate birth information is required for a particular offering and you do not know that information, that offering may not be available to you.You are responsible for providing all requested birth information and other required intake information accurately and within any timeframe specified for the applicable offering.Failure to provide required information accurately or within the applicable timeframe may result in your inability to receive some or all of that offering. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, failure to provide required information does not entitle you to a refund, credit, replacement service, extension, or substitute benefit.Birth information submitted to Munro Musings may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prices for Munro Musings products and Services are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at any time for future purchases.By making a purchase, you authorize Munro Musings and its third-party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount disclosed at checkout.You are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information.Payment processing may be provided by third parties such as Stripe and may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Certain Munro Musings Services are offered through recurring paid memberships.When you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize your selected payment method to be charged automatically at the billing interval and price displayed at checkout unless and until you cancel your membership.Depending on the option selected, memberships may renew monthly, annually, or at another interval disclosed at checkout.You may cancel future renewal through the subscription-management options provided through Munro Musings or its membership platform.Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.You will generally retain access to the applicable membership benefits through the end of your already-paid billing period.Membership prices may change over time. Unless otherwise communicated, changes to publicly available membership pricing apply to new memberships and future purchases and do not automatically change a continuously active member's existing subscription rate.If you cancel a membership, allow it to expire, fail to maintain a valid payment method, or otherwise allow the subscription to terminate, you may lose your previous membership rate. If you later rejoin, your membership will generally be subject to the pricing and terms available at the time you rejoin.
Individuals who join the Munro Musings Membership through an eligible Founding Member subscription receive special Founding Member pricing.Founding Member pricing remains available for as long as the applicable paid Founding Member subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.If a Founding Member subscription is canceled, expires, terminates due to failed or unresolved payment, or otherwise ceases to remain continuously active, the member may lose access to Founding Member pricing.Rejoining at a later date will generally be subject to the membership pricing and terms available at that time.Founding Member status does not guarantee that every membership feature, resource, format, platform, or benefit will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Membership benefits may include educational content, resources, community access, Q&A opportunities, priority access to certain offerings, personalized resources, or other benefits described on the applicable membership page.Munro Musings is an evolving business, and membership content, features, resources, schedules, platforms, and benefits may change over time.We may add, modify, replace, reorganize, or discontinue particular features or resources when reasonably necessary to improve or operate the membership.Material changes will not be used as a means of intentionally depriving members of the fundamental value of a membership they have already purchased.
Where included as a Founding Member benefit, eligible Founding Members may receive one personalized Human Design audio reading of approximately 10 minutes based on the birth information they submit.Accurate birth date, birth time, and birth location are required. Do not guess or estimate your birth time.To receive this benefit, the Founding Member must submit the requested birth information within 10 business days of joining the membership.Once Munro Musings receives the complete and accurate information required to create the reading, Munro Musings will generally provide the personalized audio reading within 10 business days.If the required information is not submitted within the applicable timeframe, the personalized reading benefit may expire.Failure to provide the required information does not entitle the member to a refund, credit, extension, substitute service, replacement benefit, or cash value. This benefit is use-it-or-lose-it and is intended solely for the individual Founding Member.
Individual sessions, coaching packages, bundled sessions, and other time-based Services may be subject to scheduling and expiration requirements.When a Service or package must be used within a particular period, the applicable timeframe will be disclosed in the offer, booking process, checkout page, purchase confirmation, or other materials associated with that Service.You are responsible for scheduling and using purchased sessions within the applicable timeframe.Unused sessions may expire at the end of the stated period. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, expired or unused sessions are not eligible for a refund, credit, extension, transfer, replacement service, or cash value.Purchasing a package does not guarantee that a particular Service, scheduling arrangement, or offering will remain available indefinitely beyond the stated usage period.Additional scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show policies may apply to individual Services and will be communicated where applicable.
Membership may include access to private or members-only community spaces.You agree to participate respectfully and not use the community to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or intentionally harm another person.You may not use the community for unauthorized solicitation, spam, promotion, data collection, or commercial activity.You are responsible for the information you voluntarily share with other community members. Do not share information you are uncomfortable having other participants see.Munro Musings reserves the right to moderate community spaces and remove content or restrict or terminate community access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, enforce these Terms, or maintain the intended purpose of the community.Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the community or termination of membership.
Purchasing a product, service, or membership does not provide unlimited access to the operator of Munro Musings.Access, communication, Q&A opportunities, response times, booking priority, and other forms of interaction are limited to what is expressly included in the applicable offering.Membership does not create an entitlement to private coaching, direct messaging, immediate responses, ongoing individualized advice, or services outside the benefits described for that membership.“Priority access” does not guarantee appointment availability, event admission, or acceptance into another service.
Individual workshops, retreats, events, coaching engagements, in-person experiences, or other Services may have additional policies regarding scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, participation, safety, travel, refunds, or other matters.When additional terms are presented for a particular offering, those terms apply in addition to these Terms. If an offering-specific term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term will govern that offering.
The information and experiences provided through Munro Musings are intended to support reflection, learning, experimentation, and personal development.You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, health, finances, career, business, and other life choices.No particular result is promised or guaranteed.Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and examples, educational concepts, testimonials, case studies, or discussions of possible outcomes should not be interpreted as guarantees that you will achieve the same result.
Unless otherwise stated, Munro Musings owns or has permission to use the content made available through its Services, including written materials, recordings, audio content, videos, frameworks, exercises, worksheets, graphics, educational resources, membership materials, and other original content.Your purchase or membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own personal use.You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly share, upload, teach from, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise commercially exploit Munro Musings content without prior written permission.Membership Library materials and paid content may not be shared with non-members.
Unless you have received prior written permission from Munro Musings, you may not upload, submit, provide, incorporate, or otherwise make Munro Musings proprietary or paid content available to an artificial intelligence, machine-learning, large-language-model, generative-AI, or similar system for purposes including training, fine-tuning, model development, dataset creation, retrieval or knowledge-base creation, replication, summarization for redistribution, or generation of derivative products or materials.This restriction includes creating or contributing Munro Musings content to custom AI assistants, custom GPTs, knowledge bases, datasets, or similar systems intended to reproduce, distribute, teach, commercialize, or provide access to Munro Musings intellectual property.This provision does not prohibit ordinary personal use of AI tools that does not involve uploading, reproducing, distributing, training on, or otherwise providing Munro Musings proprietary content to those systems.
If you submit comments, questions, community posts, feedback, or other content, you retain ownership of your original content.You grant Munro Musings the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and use that content for operating the Service in which you submitted it.We will not intentionally present your private community contribution as a public testimonial or endorsement without appropriate permission.
Unless a specific product or Service states otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.Recurring membership payments are generally non-refundable for billing periods that have already begun. You may cancel to prevent future renewal charges.If Munro Musings cancels a paid Service before providing it, we may provide a refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
Some Services rely on third-party platforms such as website, email, community, scheduling, payment, streaming, or technology providers.While we make reasonable efforts to maintain access, Munro Musings cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of third-party platforms or internet-based Services.We may make reasonable changes to the technology or platform used to deliver a Service.
You may not use Munro Musings Services to violate applicable law; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, content, or systems; scrape or systematically collect content or member information without permission; distribute malicious software; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or use Munro Musings materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Munro Musings Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We make no guarantee that the Services will meet every individual's expectations or produce any particular personal, professional, relational, financial, health, or performance outcome.Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Munro Musings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.To the extent permitted by law, Munro Musings' aggregate liability arising from a particular paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Munro Musings for that Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You may stop using Munro Musings Services at any time and may cancel recurring memberships through the available subscription-management process.Munro Musings may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, conduct that threatens other participants or the operation of the community, or other material misuse.Termination does not give you the right to continue accessing paid materials after the applicable access period ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time as Munro Musings and its Services evolve or as legal or operational requirements change.The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.If we make a material change that significantly affects an existing paid membership, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your use of Munro Musings is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information.
